Desde joven demuestra gran creatividad e imaginación, que desarrolla especialmente en pintura y fotografía. Tras licenciarse en Comunicación Audiovisual en la Universidad Politécnica de Valencia se traslada a Madrid. En Mayo 2000 comienza su relación laboral con Producciones Alamo Films en el Departamento de Dirección. En el 2002 decide dejar España para pasar un año en Londres trabajando en el Departamento de Dirección para la productora inglesa Serius Pictures. Tras volver de Londres trabaja como ayudante de dirección en Madrid, Barcelona y Valencia y como realizador en las productoras Them Films, Muufilms y Welldone Producciones.
Actualmente forma parte del equipo de realizadores de la productora Sopa de Toro, con sede en Madrid y Chile.
Ha realizado producciones en Europa (Bulgaria, Croacia, España..), Chile, Argentina, Canadá y Perú, para marcas líder como Orange, Coronita, Mercedes Benz, Burger King, Lan, TelePizza, Movistar Plus, Cerveza Mahou...
Es un realizador con una especial sensibilidad a la estética y cuidado al detalle. Su estilo podría definirse como alegre, casi romántico y algo naif. Con una clara influencia del mundo de la fotografía, logra contar historias a través de bellas imágenes cinematográficas. También demuestra versatilidad rodando en diferentes géneros de la publicidad, desde piezas más íntimas, spots donde el humor juega un gran papel, hasta grandes producciones.
Actualmente reside entre Madrid y Mallorca y pasa temporadas en EEUU.
Javier’s expertise in the industry began as creative for agencies like Grey, Young & Rubicam and Agulla & Baccetti . His work was recognized at Cannes, Clio, London among other festivals.
He made different workshops to improve his craftsmanship, the most important with Abelardo Castillo, maybe the most relevant contemporary Argentine writer.
His next step was to pursue film making, so he left the agency world behind to and enrolled in the ENERC, Argentina’s most prestigious film makers school, meanwhile specializing in directing actors with renowned playwright, actor and theater director Claudio Tolcachir .
As a TVC director, he made spots for brands such as Renault , GM, Procter & Gamble, Rexona, Tang, Monsanto, DirecTV, Telefonica, Arcor, Pilsen, Banco Santander, Pisco Mistral, Oreo, among others for markets such as US Hispànic, Mexico , Colombia, Uruguay, Chile, Middle East (UAE), Saudi Arabia, etc.
Fran started out his career at the age of 18, as a stage actor in Buenos Aires. While he was studying Social Communication at the Salvador University in Buenos Aires, he attended the Alejandra Boero Drama Academy for a 5-year period. As soon as he finished his studies he moved to the US. Los Angeles and New York received him to complete his formation. He attended Directing in Film classes in the Mark Travis Academy in LA and acting classes with Sonia Moore in New York.

In 2009, Javier founded Flamboyant Paradise visual studio. With a degree in advertising from the USAL in 1997, he started his career as art director in important ad agencies of Buenos Aires, like Lautrec/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi, CraveroLanis, Euro Rscg and DDB. He worked as CD for Del Campo/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi and El Cielo, the agency of Agulla & Baccetti. In 2006, he became director while working at Amautalab creative studio where he directed advertising films, short films and video-clips. As creative, he has received over a hundred international and national awards at CannesLions, Clio, One Show, New York Festivals, London IAA, Fiap, Montreaux, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, Circle of Argentine Creatives and Platinum Pencil, among other. As director, his short film The Blindness of the Woods was officially selected for Sundance 2009 among other festivals and was an award winner at the Milano Film Festival and the Clemont-Ferrand Film Festival. Javier is also the Art Direction manager of Underground Buenos Aires, School of Creatives. In the last years, he began venturing into the lounge, kitsch and retro cultures and created theuncoolhunter.com, the site that vindicates the Off and un-trendy cultures.

Maureen has worked for many years in the advertising industry, first as agency Art Director, and later as a Creative Director and Head of Art.
She worked for very well known agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi and Young & Rubicam.
She has received several awards in the most important National and International Festivals. Her accolades include three Cannes Lions awards and six Clio awards.
In addition to her agency role, Maureen has been working as an experimental photographer, or more specifically as a Lomographer, since 2001. In 2007 she was chosen out of twenty-seven thousand participants as the International Champion of the Absolut Lomo Competition, and was invited to take part in the “Lomographic World Congress 2007″ held in London. Her lomographies can be seen in her recent work for Nike, the “Hoody On Moments” campaign.
In August 2007, Maureen joined Bendercine’s director’s staff and in 2009, she founded Hachiko Films together with her partner, Claudio Prestia, also director.
The chance of working with some of the major agencies in Buenos Aires – such as Santo, Del Campo Saatchi & Saatchi, Ponce Buenos Aires and JWT – gives her the opportunity to collaborate on interesting scripts, some of them with great sense of humour. Her experience as creative director helps in creating a good team with the creatives and improving the scripts.
Her passion for photography and aesthetics reflects on the attention towards art direction in her commercials.
She likes attending to as many film festivals as possible and her favourite directors are: Todd Solondz, Aki Kaurismaki and Hong Sang-soo.

BIO His name is Rafael Quinto. His surname is González del Cerro. He was born on August 13, 1981 in Buenos Aires , Argentina . During his childhood he spend long hours with his brother Playmobiles creating stories and accompanying his father to work on film sets . When he finished school he studied photography at the School of Andy Goldstein and creativity at the School of Creative . Then he worked as an art director in the field Saatchi & Saatchi Buenos Aires and was creative director at FCB Argentina , over the years his works were awarded at advertising festivals such as Cannes and Clio . In 2009 he began his career as a director. He studied acting and screenplay with Nora Moseinco script Laboratory of Buenos Aires. Today it is an international manager with four years of experience, with their work and won awards such as Cannes, Clio, FIAP .

Sebastian Alfie was born in Buenos Aires and there he started as a creative, winning prizes in festivals like Cannes and Clio.
After that he became a director and then he moved to Spain.
The style of argentine advertising is present in his work: edgy humor, off beat casting and strong ideas are there, mixed with his european experience in terms of cinematography and aesthetics.
In Spain he directed campaigns for most major clients in the country, while working with the most influential advertising agencies.
He also directed campaigns all around the world and lately in the United States, where he made his début on the general market for Saatchi and Saatchi NY.
Sebastian has also directed short films. The last one, “Love at 4 PM” won the Best ?Narrative Short Film Award at the San Francisco International Film Festival.
He just won a prize (at the Malaga film festival) as best director with his first feature film documentary, “Gabor”, about the blind DOP Gabor Bene, produced under the sponsorship of the Europe Media Programme.
Sebastian speaks good english and can speak (like Tarzan) in french, italian, catalan and portuguese.
